The story was written by Elizabeth Darrell (my mother) an international novelist, with over 50 novels.
My mother was half way through writing her next novel two years ago, when she became terminally ill which forced her to stop writing her current novel as she wouldn’t have finished it. Instead, she wrote me a couple of Joseph Bear story books. The concept is to print the book with crochet patterns of Joseph and the other animals he meets on his adventures in order for children to interact to the story with the crocheted animals featured in the book.
