We currently broadcast 24/7 Sky 673, Freesat 817, & Freeview 85 as well as streaming Live in HD though IPTV technology online at www.thecraftstore.com. Broadcasting live for 15 hours a day, we offer a huge variety of shows and products. Our website is fully transactional and our in-house call centre with Sales and Customer services is open from 6am to 11pm.

Launched in August 2015 we now have a 140 strong team across all departments. We outsource very little as we pride our self in Hochanda staff providing Hochanda services to the Hochanda consumer. This we feel is the best way to see the passion throughout and ensure it reaches the end user. We are very proud of the team we have who have come from all corners of the Direct Response, Shopping TV, and Retail industry. Hochanda allows our team to really spread their wings and stretch their imaginations to bring the best out of their skills and experience.

INBOUND SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISER

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE8 4HN

Position Type: Part time & Full-time (Home Based/Remote working after initial training and subject to review) Four different shift patterns available - working five-days out of seven, 7.00- 15.00, 12-20.00, 14.00 – 22.00 or 18.00 – 22.00 which includes some weekend working.

Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our established company who are specialists in our field. You will form part of a friendly team, and as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be expected to have a great work ethic and take pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience.

You will be dealing with a variety of sales calls and customer service inbound and outbound calls, from general enquiries to complaints that come with every customer service position.

You will be the first contact a customer will have so we need you to be very professional and friendly to give the best possible impression of the brand and our company. This includes using strong communication and accurate administration skills when dealing with customer demand.

Main duties include:

  • To place customer orders and strive to resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email.
  • Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a sale by service approach.
  • Maintain knowledge on; products, procedures, and policies so a consistent high level of service can be provided to customers across all shifts.
  • Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve individual and department KPI’s and SLA's.
  • Undertake customer surveys as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential however you should have the following skills and attributes:
  • Excellent team player.
  • Passion for people and customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and PC literate.
  • Competent written communication skills via email and other platforms.

Junior Graphic Designer

By asking all the right questions and thoroughly understanding the briefs, you’ll produce engaging materials that look and feel on brand and support our business objectives. Your relationship with the whole marketing team and with other departments will ensure the process is as efficient as possible and will enable you to thrive. Main duties include:

  • Designer tasked with creating effective print and digital designs (web, social, email and print).
  • Creating exceptional marketing materials for both online and offline activity.
  • Demonstrate outstanding conceptual and creative thinking in your design work.
  • Demonstrable experience of graphic design, branding and marketing design.
  • Ability to design for multiple projects, large or small to tight time scales.
  • Ability to work from initial design briefs, to brainstorming ideas through to design and delivery including strategic input into wider marketing campaigns.
  • Team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

Supplier Support Administrator

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE84HN

Position Type: Full time

Closing Date: 28th February 2022

Description:

You will be working closely with all suppliers and courier partners to ensure orders are processed, collected and delivered inside of delivery promises made to the customer. You will ultimately become an advocate for the customer to ensure that top level service is delivered at all times

Main duties include:

  • Monitor supplier despatch dashboard and proactively contact and manage suppliers who have or are likely to miss the 2-working day despatch SLA.
  • Ensure all new suppliers have been set up for all applicable courier collections and a Royal Mail posting location.
  • Book daily courier collections that have been requested by suppliers via the supplier portal in a timely manner.
  • Monitor daily failed courier collections and rebook/escalate where required. Ensure suppliers are kept updated with actions being taken at all times.
  • Generate Royal Mail sales orders as requested by suppliers in the supplier portal. Target 30-minute response.
  • Take ownership of all Supplier Support requests received by telephone or email and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner.
  • You may be required to work in the warehouse on occasion at particularly busy periods

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy and a knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Quick thinker, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Experience of dealing with warehouse, sales or suppliers is a benefit
