We currently broadcast 24/7 Sky 673, Freesat 817, & Freeview 85 as well as streaming Live in HD though IPTV technology online at www.thecraftstore.com. Broadcasting live for 15 hours a day, we offer a huge variety of shows and products. Our website is fully transactional and our in-house call centre with Sales and Customer services is open from 6am to 11pm.

Launched in August 2015 we now have a 140 strong team across all departments. We outsource very little as we pride our self in Hochanda staff providing Hochanda services to the Hochanda consumer. This we feel is the best way to see the passion throughout and ensure it reaches the end user. We are very proud of the team we have who have come from all corners of the Direct Response, Shopping TV, and Retail industry. Hochanda allows our team to really spread their wings and stretch their imaginations to bring the best out of their skills and experience.

Buying Assistant

Description:

If you are passionate about starting a career in buying within a fast-paced innovative environment, this is the perfect role for you. We are seeking well motivated candidates with excellent administration skills to be able to communicate at all levels.

You will need to be IT literate a strong team player and be proactive in managing your own time effectively.

Main duties include:

  • Provide accurate, timely and thorough buyer and supplier support across the whole spectrum of product administration.
  • Use numeracy (Excel) and text (Word) PC skills to work with your buyer and supplier to input product data accurately, check and cross-check data supplied in numerous and different formats and use your initiative to deliver and pool the information on offer to enable the best presentation of data in Hochanda’s set systems.
  • Use in-house reporting and get to learn in-depth knowledge of both internal processes and external supply partner’s processes to maximise your workload time efficiencies.
  • Research and learn product information to check and monitor product information documents supplied via our supply partners and where needed improve and edit to be in line with Hochanda’s demanding levels of detail.
  • Ensure all data entry and product descriptions are accurate, spelled correctly, presented in the correct format and all numerical data is correct.
  • Pro-activity identifies smarter processes and procedures to improve efficiency for Hochanda and your role within the buying department.
  • As requested, attend supplier meetings, take the minutes and follow up and resolve any issues as directed by the Buyer and Supplier.
  • Accurately process product set up – start to finish including taking full responsibility to deliver all the required information and data input.
  • Ensure all product samples/photography are requested and followed up to ensure sample/imagery are availability in a timely manner.
  • Carry out all other ad hoc duties as required.

Inbound Sales & Customer Services Adviser

Description: We are recruiting for our busy contact centre, based in Oundle near Peterborough. You will be working as part of our inbound contact centre team taking a mix of sales calls and customer service calls.

Working five-days out of seven, 14:00 – 22:00, including weekends.

Main duties include:

  • To place customer orders and strive to resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email.
  • Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a sale by service approach.
  • Maintain knowledge on; products, procedures, and policies so a consistent high level of service can be provided to customers across all shifts.
  • Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve individual and department KPI’s and SLA's.
  • Undertake customer surveys as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous call centre experience with a sales background desirable, yet not essential.
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Passion for people and customer service.
  • Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • PC literate

Gallery Producer

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE8 4HN

Position Type: Full time

Description:

We are looking for a talented Gallery Producer to join our enthusiastic team to plan, deliver editorial content and deliver hourly live shows to maximise sales potential for our live output.

This role is on a seven-day fortnight shift pattern.

Main duties include:

  • Maximize sales by cross selling upsell items and monitoring live sales data, adjusting the live show format where necessary to capitalize on potential sales and increased ‘basket’ spend.
  • Has a full understanding of the full production process and limitations, reacting to and problem solving
  • Attends forward planning meetings, preps with buyers to ensure accurate product knowledge is ascertained.
  • Develops Creative formats, builds guest relationships and confidence to ensure educational and successful demonstrations are delivered and extra studio requirements are acknowledged.
  • Identify all products USP’s and construct a clear show format to be delivered to the TV team during the pre-production meeting.
  • Briefs presenters to ensure successful show format and accurate product knowledge is achieved.
  • Supports Presenters throughout shows whilst adopting the role of the viewer ensuring all product information is delivered accurately and concisely. Consistently promoting and managing audience interaction.
  • Exercises creative flair to ensure that channel branding, identity and motto is retained.
  • Works under own initiative and juggles multiple tasks in order to prioritise daily responsibilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience of working within a Production role within shopping television.
  • A good team player is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience and working within a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to utilise initiative is essential for this role.
